Executive Session

The executive session began at 8:05 pm.

 Deed Restriction Violations to Legal

The Board reviewed the August deed restrictions report and discussed sending certified deeds violation letters to the 3 addresses listed in Martin’s email to the board dated August 5, 2012.

Collections to Legal

The Board reviewed the August collections report and discussed sending certified deeds violation letters to the 3 addresses listed in Martin’s email to the board dated August 5, 2012, as well as an address on Bent Bough they want the attorney to pursue on collections.

                                            75XX Brushwood

Grothues stated that the Board had not received a response from the homeowner re: repainting the house and was unsure of where to go from here.  Melissa Scott suggested sending a second letter.

                                            Elgohary Lawsuits

Grothues reported that there were no new updates at this time. She has not heard back  from our attorneys regarding potential dates for mediation.  Grothues noted that our lead attorney indicated that he had a trial coming up the later part of August.
