Executive Session

The executive session began at 8:16 pm.

Amended Deed Restrictions Draft

Curry discussed her ideas for  presenting the draft of the amended deed restrictions to the lot owners.

Grothues asked questions about the number of votes needed for passage, the voting period, the effect of sales of properties & foreclosures etc during the voting period.  It was also noted that there are 107 Harris County flood control lots that are part of IF.

With no further business to come before the Board in Executive Session, the meeting was formally adjourned to General Session at 8:39 pm.
