Executive Session

Deed Restriction Violations to Legal

•    The Board discussed several deed restriction violations that were recommended to be sent to IFCIA’s attorneys. The Board reviewed the list again and had some discussion.

Lawsuit

•   The Board discussed an ongoing lawsuit brought by a homeowner.  It was noted that the last court date was rescheduled.  The homeowner has filed an amended motion with a new issue.  The attorney at Hays McConn will be looking at this matter to determine if they will be able to represent us or if there will be a conflict of interest.

Collections

•    Martin provided a list of homeowners that have past due balances of $1,507 to

$1,695 and suggested that they be sent to the attorney for collection. The Board

reviewed and discussed the list presented.

With no further business to come before the Board in Executive Session, the meeting was formally adjourned to General Session at 8:34 PM.
