Meeting Called to Order

President Grothues called the special meeting to order at 6:11 pm. It was noted that Du Bois was delayed, but would be at the meeting. Martin was appointed as Parliamentarian, Haynes was designated as Sergeant at Arms, and the agenda was adopted as the Orders of the Day. There were no objections.

Review of Amended Deed Restriction Draft

The board began to review the amended deed restriction draft on a page by page basis. A comparison of the current deed restrictions to the amended deed restrictions draft had previously been done by Grothues in January. Those comments were circulated to the board. Martin reviewed those comments and circulated her comments to the board. Fred Sheppard, IF resident and member of the group working on the amended deed restriction draft, also circulated his comments of the comparison to the board. All board members were asked to review the amended deed restriction draft prior to attending the special meeting.

There were discussions about ACC committee requirements, minimum square footage requirements for houses, maximum number of garages, commercial vehicles, fencing and suggestions for annual dues assessment language.

Du Bois arrived at 6:45 pm.

Dan Henshaw left sometime after Du Bois arrived.

Martin left at 7:45 pm.

Curry indicated that she would look at the items discussed at the meeting and work on revisions/suggestions.

Adjournment

With no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was formally adjourned at 8:19 pm on a motion by DeRousse, seconded by Du Bois and unanimously carried.
