Executive Session

The executive session began at 7:51 pm.  Sheppard attended since he had assisted Martin with the November deed inspection violation list.

 Deed Restriction Violations to Legal

The Board reviewed the November deed restriction report and discussed sending certified deeds violation letters to the 9 addresses listed in Martin’s email to the board dated November 12, 2012.

Home on Lawn Lane

Grothues started there is a home on Lawn Lane that has had a temporary electrical tie in from the transformer box to the house for some time now.  The temporary  tie-in is legal  per calls to the city and Centerpoint.  There was a discussion about the status of this and contacting the homeowner about resolving this issue.

With no further business to come before the Board in Executive Session, the meeting was formally adjourned to General Session at 7:59 pm.
