Proposed Deed Restriction Amendments
The Board began review of the amended deed restriction template previously emailed to the members for their comments. It was noted that the group working on the deed restriction amendments used a template that Emerson received from Hoover Slovacek in 2011. Grothues recommended that the Board consider moving ACC responsibilities to the Board since the board is ultimately responsible for ACC issues. There was a discussion about the square footage, dimensions, heights and set backs included in the draft. Martin noted that the section of the draft dealing with annual dues needed to be looked at further. Curry noted that the board members working on the template would like to have Hoover Slovacek begin working on the recitals for the draft of the amended deed restrictions while they follow up on some of the items discussed earlier.
Adjournment
With no further business to come before the Board in Executive Session, the meeting was formally adjourned to General Session at 8:25 pm.
