Executive Session

The executive session began at 7:58 pm.

 Deed Restriction Violations to Legal

The Board reviewed the September deed restrictions report and discussed sending certified deeds violation letters to the 15 addresses listed in Martin’s email to the board dated September 10, 2012.  Three of those addresses were circled and put on hold.

Collections to Legal

The Board reviewed the September collections report and discussed sending certified deeds violation letters to the 10 addresses listed in Martin’s email to the board dated September 10, 2012 plus 78xx Maple Tree

Grothues stated that she has not heard from the homeowner since she dropped off the agreement letter and a new ACC form.  She will try to contact them again.

Elgohary Lawsuits

Grothues reported that there were no new updates at this time.
