In consideration for the privilege of using the swimming pool and recreational facilities of Inwood Forest Community Improvement Association, Inc. (“Association”), the undersigned acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the use of such facilities.

The undersigned hereby releases and holds harmless the Association, including its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from personal injury, property damage, or other loss sustained while using the swimming pool or recreational facilities, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

The undersigned further agrees to abide by all Association rules, policies, and safety regulations governing the use of the swimming pool and recreational facilities.

The undersigned acknowledges that this Release has been read and understood and is voluntarily executed.

POOL AND RECREATIONAL AMENITY ACCESS IS SUBJECT TO ANNUAL REGISTRATION AND VERIFICATION OF THE OWNER’S ACCOUNT STATUS IN ACCORDANCE WITH INWOOD FOREST GOVERNING DOCUMENTS AND APPLICABLE LAW. OWNERS PARTICIPATING IN APPROVED PAYMENT PLANS REMAIN ELIGIBLE TO REGISTER. ALL RENTERS MUST BE VERIFIED BY THE OWNER PRIOR TO RELEASE OF POOL CARD(S).
